elevator malfunction delayed response
the staff were multilingual and helpful with directions.
The elevator malfunctioned. I was trapped for an hour and it was frightening. i had to use my cell phone to call for help, and the hotel's response was not timely. this situation really detracted from what could have been a better trip.

The breakfast had a great choice of food. The location suited my needs perfectly. The room was perfect too.
The bed was too big in a small room. It was still very comfortable, though.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff free coffee convenient location big mall
the staff was helpful. i appreciated the free daily coffee. the location was very convenient with bus and metro stops nearby. a big shopping mall was just across the street and that was awesome.
i noticed a faint chemical odor in one of the bathrooms, it lingered throughout the stay. it made it a bit hard to fully enjoy the room, but wasn't a dealbreaker.

Breakfast included a plentiful buffet. There was a big selection available, from pastries to hot dishes, it really set me up for the day. the bar offered a relaxed atmosphere for an evening drink.

The staffs were helpful. They assisted with directions and provided useful tips. The breakfast included various fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. I liked the option to refill my water bottle at reception. The restaurant offered a nice selection of local cuisine.
My room overlooked a street. The noise was noticeable during peak traffic hours.
